Without a doubt, emotions are part of what makes us human and they have their role to play in how we live our lives. Yet they can sometimes feel as if they get the better of us. So how do we turn this around? One place to start is by getting to know them; how they manifest, how to tell them apart and what to do with them.

This short workshop invites you to gently explore the world of emotions - our common experience, how emotions connect and their negative and positive sides. We’ll also consider how mindful awareness can help you begin to map your emotional landscape.
