Yoga for All

The benefit of coming to a class is that you can share energy, experience, warmth and humour together. Something you won’t get from a book or a DVD. Practising yoga regularly will help you to improve your flexibility and strength and reduce your stress levels.

You can just turn up to these sessions, bring some comfy clothes to change into including something warm for the relaxation at the end of the session.
